Introduction
The Indian Sugar & Bio-energy Manufacturers Association (“ISMA”) is solely responsible for managing and organising all logistics related to ISMA SugarNXT. ISMA is the apex body representing sugar, ethanol, and power manufacturers in India and acts as an interface between the Government of India and key industry stakeholders.
Conclave Overview
ISMA SugarNXT is a premier industry conclave aimed at providing a national and international platform for knowledge sharing, exchange of ideas, discussion on emerging trends, exploration of business opportunities, and identification of solutions to challenges faced by the Indian sugar and bio-energy sector.

Registration & Payment
A one-time registration fee is applicable for ISMA SugarNXT and must be paid through the designated payment gateway. Registrations are non-transferable except under approved substitution conditions. Attendees are responsible for any bank charges or administrative fees related to payment processing.
Right to Refuse Attendance
ISMA reserves the right to refuse admission to any attendee. In such cases, a pro-rata refund of unearned fees will be provided.
Substitution
Each registered attendee is permitted one (1) substitution within the same organisation, subject to prior written intimation to ISMA at least two (2) working days before the first day of the conclave.
Returns and Refunds
Registration fees are non-refundable except where ISMA refuses admission, in which case a pro-rata refund of unearned fees shall be issued.
